Walter Parsley has practiced civil litigation in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1985. He began his career representing plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights litigation, and he developed a sub-specialty in civil rights representing political protesters, gay
activists and prisoners.

In the mid-1990's, Mr. Parsley was a founding partner of a boutique law firm in San Mateo, exclusively representing property owners in premises liability cases. Approximately two years later, the Hon. Ksenia (Kay) Tsenin was elected to the San Francisco Municipal Court. Judge Tsenin honored Mr. Parsley by offering her real estate and general law practice to him, an offer which he accepted.

Since 1997, Walter Parsley has continued to focus his practice on real estate and related practice areas. At the current time, Mr. Parsley's practice consists almost exclusively of real estate litigation and transactions in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. He is an experienced litigator/trial lawyer. Among Mr. Parsley's varied interests is travel and languages, and he is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish.
